Session recording software

Digital is capable of integrating with various session recording tools both out of the box and through custom integration. With session recording tools, you can connect customer input with a recording of individual customer sessions.

Once integrated, the session recording information is embedded directly within the feedback data, providing access from the feedback information with the session recording. You can then listen and collect feedback to add to the recording information.

Important: Session recording tools do not record the actual survey interaction as it occurs inside a separate iFrame.

Integrations with session recording software programs can be performed by your Digital expert or through general integration methods, which include the following:

  • Custom parameters for collecting information and attaching it to feedback to use for intercept rules.

  • Exposing Digital activities as custom events and exposure of feedback content for NPS and rating fields.
