Access to exported filed to be downloaded

The Download Center lists the files prepared for export during the last 30 days. When a file's Status is Completed, click Download to save the file to your device.

The prepared .zip file contains the requested records, with one file per day based on the record's timestamp. Conversations spanning two days appear in two files. If a day exceeds 1,048,576 records, it is split into multiple files.

Use the Download Center to:

• View the list of downloads

• Filter the list by Type, Status, or Channel ID

• Download the export to your device
