Conversations CSV file format
CSV file format for Medallia Conversations.
Upload customer information to Medallia Conversations from a CSV text file in this format:
first_name,last_name,email,telephone,gender,messenger,mid,pageidWhere:

| telephone | (required for SMS) Telephone number of SMS device |
| gender | Gender |
| messenger | Messenger channel (when using a messenger application):

| mid | Company account ID on the target Channel. This is useful when the company has multiple accounts on the channel, such as multiple Facebook pages, each with their own account. |
| pageid | Company "page" ID on the target Channel, also known as a "line channel" ID. |
Note: If either the email or telephone values are already assigned to an existing customer, the existing record is updated with the data from the upload; otherwise, the record is created.
