Web feed setup

Setup Medallia Experience Cloud for use with Medallia Conversations.

Medallia Conversations sends survey and other information to Medallia Experience Cloud for reporting via one or more Web Feeds. Initially the feeds are configured for testing. For production, change the password(s) to the one(s) for the company installation.

Conversations sends data to Experience Cloud via Web Feeds

  1. In Medallia Setup, navigate to Integrations > Data Import > Importers > Web Feeds.
  2. Filter the set to show the "Medallia Conversations" feeds.

  3. For each "Medallia Conversations" feed, click Change password and provide the new password.

  4. Click Save.

Data received on the feeds are passed to Import specifications for processing.
