Request Speech provisioning

File a request to enable the Speech add-on for a client instance.

The Medallia Speech add-on must be provisioned for a client instance before Speech features are available. To request Speech provisioning for a particular client, follow the steps in this guide. After receiving a request to provision Speech, activation can take up to three weeks.

  1. Access Medallia Support via https://help.medallia.com.
  2. Open the Help menu in the navigation header, then select "Create a Case".
  3. On the Create a Case screen, click Provision a Resource to open the Support Catalog screen.
  4. On the Support Catalog screen, click New Speech Instance to open the Speech Provisioning Request screen.
Tip: Rather than navigating through the UI, you can open the Speech Provisioning Request screen directly.
  5. On the Speech Provisioning Request screen, enter the required information:

Information about the provisioning process can be found in the internal Speech Provisioning guide (not to be shared outside of Medallia).

When the request is received, the Medallia team will enable Speech connectors and all Speech features for the organization.

The Performance Engineering team will proactively review the client instance to ensure high performance is maintained after implementing the Speech pipeline, and they will contact the requester with any questions that arise.
