This screen is an advanced version of the Users screen in Admin Suite. All account properties on that screen are available on this screen.

Restriction: This screen is available to internal and system administrators, but generally not available to basic user-administrators.

Note:

Use the importer for bulk creation and updates of users as it's safer and more efficient than the Bulk option on this screen, which can only modify 25 accounts at a time and takes 2-3 minutes to complete. For more details, refer to Importing.

Properties

These properties are only available on this advanced screen.

Change password: Sets the account password to a specific string. Optionally, you may pick a suggested string or enter a specific one. Once you click Save, the password is never shown again.
Warning: Use this option only when the Email a new password option is not appropriate or when the user cannot access their email account. That option is more secure because it gives the user the opportunity to define the password.
Company Account ID: When using SSO, this is an alternative lookup key to include after or instead of the username. Include this value when importing user account information.
Warning: Do not change this value for user accounts. Change this value only for Templates Accounts, as defined on the Users Admin screen in Setup.
Company: (Read-only) The name of the company to which this account belongs.
Owner Role: The user who manually created this account (if any).
Time zone: (Read-only) Timezone used for this account in reports. This is defined in user's Role.
Template Account: Warning: Do not use this obsolete property.
Autologon Unit Ids Required: Warning: Do not use this obsolete property.
Enrolled (Multi-factor authentication): (Read-only) Whether or not the user has registered to use Multi-factor authentication.
Reset Multi-Factor Authentication: Resets the user's multi-factor registration, thereby requiring them to reregister the next time they sign in. See Multi-factor authentication for details.
User has ALL ACCESS Permission profile: Account has access to all features in Medallia Admin Suite
User has access to Report Builder: Account has access to Reporting in Admin Suite
User has access to Survey Builder: Account has access to Surveys and Translations in Admin Suite
User has access to User Management: Account has access to Users in Admin Suite
User has access to Exports: Account has access to data export Exporters in Admin Suite
