Users
Users are individuals who have accounts to access the Medallia Experience Cloud. Each user requires a unique account, and each s assigned one or more roles that determine their access permissions. Some roles allow the user to manage other user accounts.
Important: Accounts should never be shared. For example, a retail store location should not have a single user account shared by all employees in the store. In that situation, password security is difficult to maintain, and usage tracking is less useful at a store-level compared to the employee level.
