Removing access to Text Analytics

When companies decide not to renew their subscription to Medallia Text Analytics, you need to switch off Text Analytics processing and remove access to Text Analytics reports and features. In addition to making these system changes, verify that the company is no longer being billed for servicing hours related to Text Analytics.

  1. On the Reporting > Text Processing > Global Text Analytics Settings > Settings screen, turn off the Automatic Processing Enabled property to disable Text Analytics processing.

  2. In Medallia Admin Suite, remove any Text Analytics permissions from any roles that have them. For more information, see Reporting permissions and Administrative permissions.

  3. In Admin Suite, deactivate any Text Analytics dashboards.
  4. In Admin Suite delete any tabs or subtabs that display Text Analytics custom reports.
