Automated Text Analytics solutions

Medallia offers two automated Medallia Text Analytics solutions to help accelerate the process of detecting and gathering insights. Both of these solutions rely on the theme discovery engine to generate insights.

Theme Explorer and Topic Finder rely on the Theme Discovery Engine

  • Theme Explorer is a reporting application using the TA Topics/Themes Explorer report module. It allows users to view insights without creating topics. Users do not need rule-based topics to use Theme Explorer. This module requires a minimum of 5,000 records to provide meaningful insights.

  • Topic Finder is an optional add-on to rule-based topic building. It provides a list of automated topics to supplement your rule-based topics. Topic Finder can expose the topics that you didn't know to create rules for, so that you can fill the gaps in your topic list. Topic Finder requires that you run theme discovery.
