Updates existing survey records to have field values that look like the record used in the current Sampler.

Survey Sampling Settings to update
Survey Sampling settings to use to update the surveys. Use None for no change.
Date to start the update
Oldest survey date to update (yyyy-MM-dd); older surveys are not processed. 90 days in the past is usually sufficient, as shown by the Suggested update date.
Trigger update
Starts the database update.
Note: Click Save before clicking TriggerUpdate.
