Defines the events that initiate sampling of potential survey invitations after importing survey records.
Warning: Every production instance should have a Trigger for Feed Event with FILE_FEED option. This trigger causes automatic sampling after the Auto Importer processes raw invitations.
Sampling trigger properties
- Name
- Identifies the trigger.
- Feed Event
- Identifies the event that triggers sampling.
INVITE_WEB_UPLOAD Allows emails to be sent through the Web Upload feature of Manual invitations. FILE_FEED Sampling is triggered every time a survey upload/import happens. Required for automatic sampling after auto import. SCHEDULE Delays sampling until a schedule starts it. Importing happens, but sampling is delayed. MANUAL Manual invitations only; no automatic sampling. - Schedule
- Sampling schedules to use when the Feed Event is SCHEDULE.
- Email Report
- Whether or not to send a report to the addresses listed in the Report Email property of FTP Feeds. This report is different from the sampling report created by Samplers.
- Email Uploader
- Whether or not to send a sampling report email to the account associated with the user who manually uploaded a file. This only happens when the Feed Event is INVITE_WEB_UPLOAD.
- Do survey sampling
- Manually start pool-based sampling. Warning: This option reexamines all pool-based records rejected by Episode Filters or Quarantine in the last 28 days and resubmits them for sampling.
This is useful, for example, when an erroneous Episode Filter rejected surveys.
- Transfer invites to SE
- Transfers already sampled emails to the Survey engine. Only applies to survey records in the READY_FOR_SE Survey status (e_status) state. This action does not create new surveys. Use this action to restart the transfer immediately (as opposed to the next time sampling happens).
