Medallia Experience Cloud integrates with the cloud-based platforms of other vendors, like Microsoft Power Automate, Tableau, and Slack using the OAuth 2.0 protocol through the Integration Authenticator. This component simplifies and centralizes the integration process by managing OAuth-based authorization and authentication request and response handling by acting as an intermediary between Experience Cloud and the ISV vendors processes, thereby allowing integrators to focus on the content to deliver. The Integration Authenticator enables Medallia APIs to be accessible by ISV providers and makes accessing ISV APIs from any Medallia Experience Cloud instance.
