Medallia Digital in Setup

Restriction: This feature is inactive by default. Ask your Medallia expert to file a Feature activation request with Medallia Support.

Digital is included with a company's instance of Medallia Experience Cloud and feedback flows in as a signal. Each instance has its own, specific fields, alternative sets and digital forms.

When this integration is enabled, every form — save from Digital Admin — creates or updates fields and reports on Experience Cloud. Use the screens in the Digital menu to track them.

Important: This screen does not show existing forms unless you save them again after the feature is activated.

Property units screen

Properties in Digital are mapped to units in Medallia Experience Cloud. This screen only shows the properties for which forms are saved.

Consider the following scenario with three forms: A, B, and C. Forms A and B are associated with property 1, while form C is linked to property 2. If you activate the feature flag and then save from form A, only form A will be displayed on the Forms screen. Additionally, property 1 will be the only property listed on the Property units screen.
