Learn how to format the description of an action plan

When creating or editing action plans, you can format the description of action plans using a visual editor (also known as rich text editor), with a real-time preview, as shown in this image:

With the editor, users can format these aspects of the email body:

  • Text size

  • Bold text

  • Italic text

  • Underlined text

  • Unordered and ordered lists
