Journey Visualization

Journey Visualization provides your organization with a real-time view of how and where the audience resulting from a specific query is interacting with your brand. It provides rich insight into the high and low-volume moments on the journey, along with details about the number of customers at each stage, forward and backward transitions, and drop offs. You can also see whether or not your orchestrations are influencing customer engagement and driving higher volumes of both sales and customer loyalty.TB - JV Default View

Can I choose how to display data in the Journey View?

Yes, you can. MXO provides three main views for displaying data:

  • Touchpoints View. The default view. A detailed view showing customer journey data at the individual Touchpoint level.
  • Channel View. A detailed view showing customer journey data at the Channel level.
  • Summary View. A high-level view of customer journey data, showing the flow of customers between Lifecycle Stages, across all Channels and Touchpoints.

How can I focus on the data that is most important to me?

MXO provides a variety of ways for you to focus on the data that is most important to you. You can:

  • Use Flow and Volume filters to show and hide individual flows and volumes.
  • Select an individual node to display journey data for those customers who have passed through a particular action or interaction context.
  • Switch between the default view, displaying data at the Activity Type level and the simplified Lifecycle Stage view, that rolls up data to the Lifecycle Stage level.

All our tools are formulated to provide you with actionable insights based on real customer journeys.

When is Journey data loaded?

Journey data is loaded and ready to view immediately after an engagement query finishes processing. Clicking on the Analyze icon for a query lets you view that data instantly.

Journey data is refreshed each time you run an engagement query.

The journey data you see in the journey view may be affected by changes you make to your MXO configuration that have an impact on your engagement queries, such as renaming lifecycle stages or moving activity types between lifecycle stages. When making these types of changes, be aware of the following:

  • Configuration changes may take up to 15 minutes to propagate fully throughout MXO after publishing.
  • You must re-process an engagement query before you can view those changes in journey visualizations.
