How to Display Journey Visualization Data

MXO provides three main views for displaying the customer journey data included in your query results:

  • Touchpoints View
  • Channel View
  • Summary View

Touchpoints View

The default view for customer journey data. A detailed view showing customer volumes and transitions between individual nodes at the Touchpoint level. This allows business users to see how customers move between individual Touchpoints during the customer journey.

Channel View

A detailed view showing customer volumes and transitions between individual nodes at the Channel level. This allows business users to see how customers move between different Channels, for example, from web to mobile to call center.TB - JV Channel View

Summary View

A high-level view of the flow of customers between Lifecycle Stages, across all Channels. This view provides information about customers entering or dropping off the journey lifecycle, forward and backward transitions between Lifecycle Stages, and the total volume of customers currently on each Lifecycle Stage.

Use the Journey View drop-down menu to switch between the different views. Simply open the menu and select your required view.
