Topics Information Data Adapter
The Topics Information data adapter provides information about captured topics and sentiments which you can leverage to personalize your customers' experience.
Example
A customer is navigating the bill pay section of your website, trying to understand why their bill has changed. Before you customize the experience for them, you can use the Topic Information data adapter to check for any "bill pay" mentions, determine the recency of those mentions, and assess their sentiment regarding bill paying. If the customer has had recent negative experiences with bill paying, you may want to suppress an early renewal offer and instead provide them with a FAQ link to a bill pay Q&A document to help them self-serve effectively.
Data Attributes
The Topics Information data adapter contains the following attributes:
