Interaction Points

Interactions are the key elements of the customer experience, representing the ongoing conversation between your customer and your organization at any of your Touchpoints.

Interaction Points let you:

  • Capture customer activity,
  • capture customer input, and
  • return optimized content to your customer during those interactions.

What information can I view on the Interaction Points page?

The Interaction Points page provides you with a list of all Interaction Points configured for a particular Touchpoint. You can switch between Touchpoints, using the drop-down menu, on the top-left of the screen.

The Interaction Points page also provides you with the following details about each Interaction Point:

  • Name and path for the Interaction Point.
  • Number of configured Capture and Optimization Points.
  • Whether or not customers on that Interaction must be Verified.
  • Interaction Point Status; is the Interaction Point published or unpublished, or has it been modified?
  • Date when the Interaction Point was last modified.
  • Name of the last person to modify the Interaction Point.
