Install the MXO extension or MXO bookmarklet

Install the MXO extension

  1. In MXO, go to Welcome.
  2. On the Welcome page, click Install the Chrome Extension.
  3. Click Install Chrome Extension.
  4. Click Add extension.

Post-installation tasks

Before enabling the extension for the first time you must ensure that you:

  • Refresh the browser tab in which you are running MXO. Note that this may require you to log back into again MXO.
  • Refresh any browser tabs in which you viewing web touchpoints.

Install the MXO bookmarklet

  1. On the Welcome page, click Install the Chrome Extension.
  2. Drag the MXO Bookmarklet button onto your browser's bookmarks bar.
