View information about a datastore
Use the left panel in the Datastores page to specify details of the datastore for which you want to view information. Viewing data is a two-stage process.
- Specify the datastore to view.
- Query the data within the specified datastore.
Specify which datastore to view
- In MXO, choose Orchestrate > Datastores.
- In the Select Source panel, select the name of the datastore to view.
- Select the Environment in which the datastore resides. Choose either live or staging.
Query data within the specified datastore
- Go to the Filter Data section of the Select Source panel.
- Enter the details of the primary key to use to retrieve records from the datastore.Important: You must provide details of a primary key to retrieve data from a datastore.
- Optional. Enter the details of the secondary key to use to retrieve records from the datastore.
- Click Submit.
View the current live count of customer records
To ensure you are viewing the most up-to-date, current, live count of customer records stored in the selected datastore, click Update Live Count.
Note: You can only update the live count once every 12 hours
