Create Generic Eligibility Rules to Use Across Multiple Actions

The Eligibility Rules Editor provides the ability to create generic Eligibility Rules, using the current Proposition and/or current Action data attributes, allowing you reuse a single Eligibility Rule across multiple Actions.

The Eligibility Rule resolves to the current Proposition or Action at run-time, when MXO is deciding whether or not an Action is eligible for inclusion in the final stage of the Arbitration process.

For more information about the Arbitration process, see What is Arbitration?.

Example

An organization can create the following Eligibility Rule to ensure that customers are not shown Actions that they have recently responded negatively to. By suppressing Actions that customers are not interested in, organizations can increase levels of customer engagement.
