Round to decimal
Returns a rounded numeric representation of a provided value.
Example use case
A bank aims to enhance experiences for high-value customers. To determine whether a customer is high value, the bank evaluates their recent banking activity against a threshold. Customers can qualify for the high-value segment at any time, so eligibility rules are applied to assess their status in the moment. To simplify calculations and keep them at a standard currency level, the bank uses the round to decimal function in its eligibility rules.
Example eligibility rule
rounded value of Total Revenue to 2 decimal places
