Monitor

Use the Monitor page to test existing engagement configurations and use cases in development, in real-time, to provide you with instant insight into how your engagement configurations are functioning. The Monitor page provides a simple and intuitive way of observing customer events as they happen, viewing the data available to MXO for a specific customer, and testing that the configuration of your space is working as expected.

The Monitor page consists of a number of panels, as follows:

  • Summary panel

  • Events panel

  • Data panels

Monitoring main screen

Summary panel

The Summary panel provides essential information about the customer you are currently monitoring as. This includes:

  • The number of keys and TIDs stored for a customer (with a link to a detailed view of this information)

  • Details about the three most recently stored keys

  • List of recent tracked activities

  • Recently viewed actions

  • Recently captured attributes

You can expand and collapse the Summary panel to provide more room for viewing the other panels on-screen. By default, the Summary panel is expanded.

You can view a list of all keys and TIDs stored for a customer by clicking the Customer identifiers link in the Summary panel.

Events panel

The Events panel provides a live feed of customer interactions at your touchpoints. This provides you with real-time updates about the activities or events triggered by a customer for a given use case or engagement configuration.

By default, information in the Events panel is displayed in summarized format.

Detailed view displays comprehensive information for each individual event. You can view detailed information for all events or for an individual event.

You can resize the Events panel to provide more room for viewing information on-screen.

Data panels

The Data panels let you view customer data based on pull structures and data adapters. You can also view data about activity counts for individual propositions.

Data is presented in an expandable tree and is updated in real-time. Any new or updated data values are highlighted in green as the data becomes available.

You can expand, collapse and resize the Data panels to view more of the data you are interested in. By default, the Data panels are expanded.
