You can expand and collapse all panels to provide more room for viewing specific information on-screen. For example, you may want to collapse the Summary panel to provide more room for viewing events and data in detail.

When you expand the Events panel, information about customer events is displayed in detail. For more information, see View Customer Events in Detail.

• Use the Expand/collapse icon to change how panels are displayed.

You can resize the Events and Data panels automatically to fill the available on-screen space, or manually to your required height.

• To resize a panel automatically, click the Fill Height icon for that panel.

• To resize a panel manually, click and hold the Resize handle at the base of that panel.

Information displayed on the Monitor page is updated in real-time. MXO lets you pause and restart monitoring to look at data for a customer in more detail. Use the Activity Monitoring switch at the tp of the page to pause and restart monitoring

1. On the Monitor page, switch Activity monitoring to Off.

2. Switch Activity monitoring to On when you are ready to restart the live monitoring feed.
