Count of user logins
Report the number of times users have signed in to your community.
The count of user logins reports the number of unique daily logins — ignoring multiple logins by the same user on the same day — over a period of time.
Locate the report on the Admin Setup > Analytics > Statistic tab.
Initially the graph shows the sign-in counts for your community since it was created.
See all users or filter to show only those meeting specific user profile attributes.
Change the Date range to limit the time-span of the report.
Click Update to apply the changes.
The count of user logins chart
The chart shows how many unique-users have logged in for each day, over time, which by default is all days since your community was created.
See a specific time period by clicking the Zoom button in the upper left: 1 day, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, the beginning of the calendar year to today (YTD), or 1 year.
See the counts for a specific date by pointing your mouse to the date. The counts appear in the upper right corner of the chart.
Scroll the chart horizontally to change the time span.
Export user login counts
Export the report to view the data offline (outside of Medallia Ideas). You can exclude the chart or data for the currently displayed time span. Click the Export button in above the right corner of the chart and choose the format.
Print the chart (only) to open use the browser's print options.
Export the chart as an image in PNG, JPEG, PDF, or SVG format.
Export the login counts in CSV or XLS format.
The downloaded data file can be opened in Excel, Numbers, or a similar spreadsheet application. It includes all the login counts that are in the on-screen chart.
