Creating and editing surveys, understanding survey results.

Medallia Ideas Surveys are a useful way to get a snapshot of your users' opinions on a subject, or to poll them about a subject that is important to you. When a survey is active (published) it appears in the community toolbar. This example community has two active surveys named Staff impact survey and Opinion poll.

Admins manage surveys from the Admin setup > Surveys tab, which lists Published (active) and Unpublished (inactive) surveys, and provides options to create, review, and manage them.
