How to restore inactive user accounts

As an Admin, you may eventually need to restore a user account that is currently archived. You can do this directly on the Manage Users page for any archived user in your organization. Follow the steps below to reactivate a user account.

  1. On the Manage Users page, select Archived users in the user-type filter.

  2. Locate the user you wish to restore, then click the Restore User icon in the corresponding row.

  3. Switch the user-type filter back to Active users to verify the account has been reactivated.
