Why am I not able to download reports?

Troubleshooting Scenarios

You expect to be able to download reports and information from Mindful Feedback, but the download function is not working. This article applies to the following scenarios:

  • You can't download an Interaction Details report.
  • You can't print a report from the Mindful Feedback User Interface.
  • You are receiving a blank weekly reporting email.
Note: This article applies to Genesys Cloud integrations.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. In the Genesys Cloud User Interface, go to the Admin page.
  2. Select the Integrations link under the Integrations section.image of the Genesys Cloud Admin page with Integrations highlighted
  3. Locate the Mindful Feedback or Survey Dynamix integration. Select the integration and go to the Configuration tab.
  4. Scroll down to the Iframe Sandbox Options field and make sure that "allow-downloads" appears in the field. If it does not, add it to the field.image of the Genesys Cloud configuration tab with iFrame sandbox options highlighted
  5. Click Save.
    Note: You may have more than one instance of Mindful Feedback listed under your integrations, and you must add download functionality to each integration. After completing the steps above, go to Admin > Integrations > Integrations to determine if you have any other instances of Mindful Feedback, such as an Admin Dashboard integration. Repeat steps 3 through 5 above for each additional integration
