Customer settings

The Customer Settings page is available to Admin users under the Settings header in the sidebar menu.

The page includes the following tabs:

  • General Settings: General settings, including Reporting Grouping Keys for the Dashboard
  • Customer Credentials: Authentication credentials for Basic Auth and the PIN for the Prompt Recording IVR
  • IP Whitelists: Allows you to secure your Feedback organization by only servicing requests from defined sources.
  • Phone Connections: Settings related to Voice and SMS phone numbers
  • Branding: A place to upload your logo to customize the UI
  • Integrations: Options for third-party integrations, including OAuth and authentication methods
  • Survey Restrictions: Survey restriction rules to limit the frequency at which Mindful will send specific surveys to specific customers
  • Payments: Top up credits for survey capabilities such as SMS and Voice
  • Reporting: Allows you to add Reviewed Note keys and values to Mindful Feedback reports and to redact PII from open-feedback responses.
