Release highlights

It is now possible to note a follow-up action when marking interactions as "reviewed" on the Dashboard page.

When marking an interaction as reviewed in the Top X Best/Worst Interactions tables on the Dashboard page, you can now optionally add a note to keep a record of any actions taken as part of the the review process. This can enhance the ability of supervisors to manage escalated or critical cases.

Additional updates

• Survey Dynamix branding has transitioned to Mindful Feedback throughout the user interface, for a more Mindful look and feel.
• We have made several back-end enhancements and resolved non-client-facing issues.

Fixed issues

• An issue causing date strings not to convert to English when switching languages on the Interaction Details report has been resolved.
