Users can now set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) via secret key in addition to a QR code.

When setting up MFA, users now have the option to manually enter a secret key into their chosen MFA app, in addition to the QR code option that was already present.

The Send to MEC column will no longer be displayed in the Interaction Details table when the Medallia Experience Cloud integration is not enabled for an organization.

Previously, this column was included in the Interaction Details table at all times, even when an organization did not use the Experience Cloud integration.

The complete password policy will now be displayed in the Update Your Password tab of the User Settings page.

This will help your users to fully understand the requirements when setting a new password.
