The default password expiration period will now apply to all newly created accounts.

The previous password expiration feature only assigned an expiration date when a user set, changed, or reset their password. As a result, users whose passwords were created before the feature was deployed had no expiration date.

We continue to make security enhancements throughout the application.

These updates will continue to maintain compliance with modern security standards.

Resolved issues

Genesys Cloud users can now access Mindful Feedback after a brief outage.

We recently enabled a new Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) requirement for all users, but Genesys Cloud users were not intended to be included. These users were inadvertently included, which prevented them from accessing Feedback. With this release, their access has been restored.
