Release highlights

We have added a new setting to the Mindful Feedback for Salesforce Embeddable Framework Chrome extension.

The new End call duration setting allows you to set a threshold for disconnecting a call while attempting to transfer it to a Feedback survey. When the configured value is reached (2,000 milliseconds by default), Feedback will stop attempting to transfer the call.

To access the new setting, right-click the extension in your browser, then open the options page.
