Installing Platform Toolkit

Overview

The Platform Toolkit is installed through the Installation Wizard and the Configuration Wizard along with the rest of the Callback system. Certain steps are necessary to add the Platform Toolkit to your Callback installation.

Platform Toolkit and Callback configuration

In the Configuration Wizard, on the Incoming Extensions screen, add one Incoming Extension for each of the segments in your telephony system. Use a Treatment Type of 20. See the "Configuring Incoming Extensions" topic in the VHT Callback Configuration Guide.

Important: Be sure to use a Treatment Type of 20. If you do not use a Treatment Type of 20, the Platform Toolkit does not recognize the Incoming Extensions as segments.
