Generate CSV reports based on search results

Export audio and application data from V‑Spark to import it to other tools with the

Dashboard Files view. CSV reports may also be generated using the /search endpoint.

Note: As of version 4.4, there is no limit on the number of records that may be included in a CSV report.

Previously, the number of entries in CSV reports was limited to a maximum defined with the export_filelist_limit system configuration option. This option has been removed.

Navigate to the Dashboard and select the company, organization, and folder to be reviewed.
Scroll to the Files view and use the search functions to refine the results list. Each result listed in the Files view corresponds to one row in the export.
Click Export (CSV). The Download Export CSV dialog displays.
Specify all or select the fields (or columns) to be included in the export, and click Generate export.
After V‑Spark generates the report, click the link to download the results.

While V‑Spark generates the report, the Download Export CSV dialog displays a status indicator. When the report is ready for download, the indicator changes to a link, and V‑Spark notifies the user who requested the report via email. Closing the dialog does not cancel the export request. If the dialog is closed before the report is ready, the report link must be retrieved from the email sent to the address associated with the user account that requested the report.
