Importing conversations

Importing a conversation loads creates a new conversation based on the definition of a previously exported conversation.

Warning: Uploading large files or an excessive an number of labels might cause the browser to hang, requiring a refresh and potential loss of uploaded data. To prevent the browser from freezing,

  • File Size: Do not exceed 5 MB.

  • Fields / Labels: Do not exceed 20 per field.

To import a Conversation:

  1. Open the Conversations list.

  2. Click Import Conversation.

  3. Select or drop the Conversation JSON file in the Import screen.

  4. Click Import to upload and install the Conversation.

The imported conversation can now be edited and used on the instance.
