View and manage the accounts who are blocked from default messages.

Blocker records lists the recipients who are or were blocked from receiving Default conversation messages by throttling (which limits how many default messages can be sent to the same recipient within a time window).

The list includes:

• Phone Number of the recipient or "–" when the channel does not use phone numbers (such as for Web-based channels).

• Sender ID of the recipient as provided by the channel service. Often the same as the phone number.

• Channel Type, such as sms, whatsapp, or custom.

• Channel ID as defined by Medallia Conversations to identify the specific Channel.

• Last Message text of the message received from the sender and which that triggered the block.

• Blocked At (UTC) timestamp when the recipient was blocked.

Use the list to:

• View details about blocked recipients.

• Filter the list to see only records the match a criteria.

• Export the (filtered) list to a CSV file for external processing and review.
