Medallia Media File Transfer screen

Manage your Medallia Media File Transfer storage.

The Medallia Media File Transfer screen (Integrations > Storage > Medallia Media File Transfer) displays information for your organization's Medallia Media File Transfer storage location. You can use this S3 storage location to store voice call recordings, video files, and completed JSON transcripts before transferring those files to Medallia Speech.

Properties

The following properties are available on the Medallia Media File Transfer screen.

MMFT screen
Speech Audio Storage URL
The URL of the bucket used to store voice files
Access Key ID
The ID needed to integrate with the Medallia Media File Transfer storage bucket
Internal Secret Access Key

The secret ID needed to integrate with the Medallia Media File Transfer storage bucket

To view the key, select the Confirm checkbox, then click Display Secret Access Key.

Playback Audio Retention (# days)
The number of days that audio and video files are retained in Experience Cloud and are available to be played.
Acceptable values are from 1 to 365 days. The default value is 30.
Restriction: This configurable retention period can be longer than 30 days at additional cost. Contact your Medallia expert and your company's IT team if you are considering extending this period.
