Integrations

Importers, Manual Imports, Exports, Credentials, and Connectors

Medallia Experience Cloud can integrate with external systems to create a seamless experience for users interacting with those systems, and to enhance data and reporting collection capabilities.

Integrations include:

  • Importers — Manage how certain data types flow into Medallia Experience Cloud including user data, feedback data, organization data, survey invitation data, and reference tables.

  • Exporters — Create and use export specifications to export ad-hoc, record-level data.

  • Connectors — Manage connectors to ingest data from external systems and transform it into a format that can be imported into Medallia Experience Cloud.

  • Manual Imports — Manually import data, and bring it into Medallia Experience Cloud using pre-configured templates.

  • Credentials — Define and store external credential information for different types of endpoints. These credentials will be consumed by other features in Medallia Experience Cloud to talk to external systems.

Accessing Integrations

To use Integrations, roles need one or more of the Integrations and External Resources permissions listed in Administrative permissions. For more information, see:

To access Integrations, click the Integrations tile under the Signal Capture section, and select either Importers, Exporters, Connectors, Manual Imports, or Credentials.
