Edit action plans

Learn how to edit action plans.

Roles with the Action Plan Super User reporting permission can edit action plans.

Restriction: This feature is inactive by default. Ask your Medallia expert to file a Feature activation request with Medallia Support.
  1. On the main Action Plans screen, select an action plan.
  2. Select Edit Action Plan on the View Action Plans screen:

  3. On the Edit Action Plan screen, edit or update any field as required.
  4. To complete this action, select Save.
The action plan is updated.
