Create and Manage Audience Destinations for Dynamic Audiences

Create an audience destination for a dynamic audience to export audience data and allow the dynamic audience data adapter to return a list of all the audiences associated with a specific TID.

Restriction: This functionality is currently in Beta. During this early access period, clients in the Beta program can try out and test this feature, and provide feedback about it. This stage allows Medallia to refine the feature's design before its general availability. Be aware that functionality may change before then.
Note: Only users with admin or creator roles can create and manage audience destinations.

Create an Audience Destination for Dynamic Audiences

  1. In MXO, go to Analyze > Audience Destinations.

  2. Click + Create in the top right corner of the page.

  3. Enter a unique name for your new destination. For example, V8 Extracts.

  4. Optionally, provide a description for your new destination.

  5. Select Dynamic audience from the Destination drop-down.

  6. Choose an option from the Time to live drop-down. The options available are: one day or one week.

Edit an Audience Destination

To edit an audience destination, follow these steps:

  1. In MXO, go to Analyze > Audience Destinations.

  2. Find the desired audience destination in the list and click the edit icon edit icon to the right.

  3. Edit the audience destination as required.

  4. Click Save to finish the editing process.

Delete an Audience Destination

To delete an audience destination, follow these steps:

  1. In MXO, go to Analyze > Audience Destinations.

  2. Find the desired audience destination in the list and click the delete icon delete icon to the right.

  3. Click Delete to complete the deletion process.
