(MFF-918) The Mexico City time zone has been updated to account for the removal of Daylight Savings Time (DST).

The Mexico City time zone in Mindful Feedback continued to take DST into account after Mexico stopped recognizing DST in 2022. This update brings our time zone calculations in line with the correct time all year.
