The following items are coming in a future release.

Seamless integration between Mindful Feedback and the Medallia Help Center

In an upcoming release, all Feedback users will be able to select the "Contact Support" option under the Help heading in the sidebar menu to access the Help Center via single sign-on (SSO).

This means that you will no longer need to maintain separate accounts for Feedback and the Help Center. Once you are logged in to Feedback, you can immediately access support resources.

New multi-factor authentication (MFA) requirement for all new organizations

MFA will soon be required for all organizations. This requirement will help to ensure that only authorized users are able to access your organization's data.

To ensure maximum security of your data, no exceptions can be made to the MFA policy for any user or role. This policy will be enforced on all new organizations created after the official start of the policy, and existing clients will need to opt in within six months.

To opt in or ask questions about the policy, contact a Medallia representative.

Note: Users who access Feedback in the Genesys Cloud UI are not affected by this policy, since they do not authenticate directly into Feedback.

New customizable password policy

We will soon implement a new default password policy for all users. To view the new policy, see User password requirements after release.
