Event log
The event log provides a more in depth and chronological view of events, often helping to debug undesirable configuration settings or errors that happened at a certain point in time. The event log can be filtered by time and event category.
Event Retention
Events are used to track everything that happens related to individual survey interactions, so the number of events can quickly build up. To mitigate this, Mindful Feedback will only keep the latest 100,000 events or the total number of events from the last three days if greater than 100,000. In most cases, this is more than sufficient.
If you require more than 100,000 events to be retained, get in touch and we can look to increase this limit or provide a solution using interaction custom attributes.
