View historical events related to survey interactions

The Event Log page provides a chronological view of events related to survey interactions, which helps to troubleshoot undesirable configuration or errors that occurred at a certain point in time.

You can filter the Event Log by date range and event category to find what you are looking for quickly.

Each event shows the Interaction ID, allowing you to match up events that occurred for the same interaction. To view the full interaction details, click the icon to the left of the Interaction ID in any row:

Data retention

Events are used to track everything that happens related to individual survey interactions, so the number of events can quickly build up. To prevent a large buildup, Mindful Feedback only keeps the latest 100,000 events (or the total number of events from the last three days if greater than 100,000). In most cases, this is more than sufficient for troubleshooting.

If you require more than 100,000 events to be retained, contact the Support team to discuss increasing this limit or using custom interaction attributes.
