Monitor usage of available licenses for your organization

The Licence Usage page shows your organization's current and historical usage of licenses for different types of survey interactions.

Near the top of the page, you can filter the data by time period and select the type of usage to display in the report (cost, units added, or funds added).

You can hover over any column on the graph to view more details for a specific period within the filtered date range.

In the Usage Summaries table below the graph, you can view historical data for several previous periods or open the Current Billing Period secondary tab to view a more detailed breakdown for the current period.

Per-user usage allocation

Mindful Feedback uses various services that accrue costs with use. Each licensed user is granted an allocation of draw-down funds for any of the available survey channels and capabilities, equal to 7% of the contracted monthly per-user license cost.

The usage allowance is shared between all users in your organization. For example, 10 users billed at $16 per user, per month, can spend $11.20 in total (10 users * 7% each = 70% allocation, then $16 * 70% = $11.20). The usage does not need to be specifically associated with a licensed user, as is the case with surveys initiated via API, etc.
