How to manage your user account
Change account settings and manage MFA.
Whether you need to update your basic account details, change your password, or configure multi-factor authentication (MFA), this guide will walk you through the process.

Configure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Mindful requires MFA for all platform users. New users will be required to configure MFA for their account on their first login.
When you log in for the first time, you will see a message indicating that MFA needs to be set up:
Follow the steps below to complete the process:
Click Begin Setup.
Follow the instructions provided:
Install an authenticator app on your phone.
Open the app and scan the QR code provided.
Note down the recovery code provided in the window, and store it somewhere safe.
Verify a code from the authenticator app, then click Confirm.
Once this is complete, you will be asked to provide a one-time passcode each time you log in.
View your Application Roles
In the Roles field, you can see which Mindful components you've been granted access to and your Application Role in each component.
You cannot make changes to your own roles and access, but other administrators can make changes to your account on the User Management page, if needed.
