Export and track 1:1 sessions
View the details of prior 1:1 sessions and export them for later use.
Agent Connect provides tools to track and export coaching sessions to help you review past interactions and prepare for future discussions.
Track prior sessions
You can view prior 1:1 coaching sessions on the 1:1s page to prepare for future sessions, performance reviews, and continued employee development.
On the 1:1s page, you will see recently coached team members near the top of the page. Below
all of the members of your team in the My Team list. You can filter this list by the last session date, number of sessions, or number of open action items.
- Last Session
- This shows when the previous session occurred. Coaches may sort this list to determine which team members are due for new sessions. Clicking the date shown under the "Last Session" header will open the session in a new browser tab.
- Sessions
- This column shows the number of sessions that have occurred in the selected period. Clicking on the number of sessions will open a slide-out panel showing all shared sessions and drafts. You may start a new session or continue a draft from this slide out-panel, as well.
- Action Items
- This column shows the number of open and closed action items from previous sessions. Clicking action items will open a slide-out panel that displays all action items for a particular coachee. Action items created in the selected period are prioritized at the top of the list.
Export sessions
Agent Connect 1:1s are optimized for exporting without additional formatting. You can print any 1:1 session or save it as a PDF to bring into your HR platform of choice. You can also export a CSV file containing aggregated coaching data, which will include the number of sessions and action-items per category.
