Status page
Stay informed of Agent Connect status updates.
The Agent Connect status page (agentconnect.status.medallia.com) shows the current and historical availability of Medallia Agent Connect and each of its components. If you have trouble accessing Agent Connect or experience some other issue, check the status page first to see whether a known issue is causing the problem.
If Medallia is aware of a current incident that might cause a disruption, the status page displays a description and status of the incident near the top of the page. To be notified when the status of that incident changes, click Subscribe.

The status page is separated into sections covering both current and historical availability.
Review current status
The Current Status section shows the current availability of the major components of Agent Connect:
Web application — The user interface
API application — Responses to API requests
Survey application — The ability to present surveys to customers
You can use the tabs at the top of the section to view component status in different environments.
Review historical status
The Service Status History section shows the historical status of all major components. If you see anything other than a green check mark on a particular day, you can hover over the icon to view more information about a historical incident.
The Incident Timeline section contains a detailed description of upcoming maintenance (VERIFY) and recent incidents over the past 15 days (VERIFY):
Subscribe to updates
To be notified of important incidents or system downtime, click Subscribe near the top-right corner of the page. In the modal window that appears, you can configure updates in several ways:
Email Address — Enter an email address in the field provided if you would like to receive emails detailing new incidents.
Webhook — To receive updates at a webhook URL, enter the URL in the field provided, then select a webhook format in the dropdown menu (StatusCast API, Microsoft Teams, or Slack Webhook format).
Create a subscriber account — Select this checkbox to create an account to manage your status page subscription.
RSS Feed — To receive updates via RSS, copy the RSS feed URL listed, then paste it into your chosen RSS feed reader.
When finished, click Subscribe. If you provided an email address, look for a confirmation email from status@medallia.com, then click the Confirm Email button in the email to finalize your subscription.
