Status page
The Agent Connect Status page shows the current and historic availability of Medallia Agent Connect and each of its components. If you are having trouble accessing Agent Connect, or are experiencing some other issue, check the Status page to see whether a known issue is causing the problem. To be notified of important incidents or system downtime, click Subscribe to Updates in the banner.
If Medallia is aware of a current incident that might cause a disruption, the Status page displays a description and status of the incident near the top of the page. To be notified when the status of that incident changes, click Subscribe.
The Status page includes charts that show the availability of each component over the past 90 days. To see component status for dates older than 90 days, click View historical uptime.
Lastly, the Past Incidents section of the page shows whether an incident occurred over the past 15 days. To see a monthly summary, click Incident History.
