Discover (New)

Discover (New) overhauls and consolidates the following areas of the DXA portal into a single workspace:

Filtering Discover reports

Discover reports can be filtered using over 40 filters to only display data your criteria. For example, you can use filters to only view page data captured within a specific time period or to only view pages with a Page Digital Experience Score (DXS) above a certain number.

You can also apply a comparison filter to compare data by time period, segment, or device type.

To filter a Discover report:

  1. From anywhere in Discover (New), Click Filters.Filters panel

  2. Enter the name of the filter in the search box or locate the filter in the Filters list.

For example, to display data for pages that visitors accessed yesterday and interacted with for 30 seconds or more:

    1. Click Time period and select Yesterday.
Note: By default, in all Discover reports, Time Period is set to Last 7 full days (excluding today).
    2. Go < back to the Filters list.

    3. Scroll down to the Interaction section and click Average Interaction Time.Average Interaction Time filters

    4. In -Select an option-, select Greater than or equal.

    5. In the configuration boxes, enter 0 mins and 30 secs.

  3. Click Run.

The filters are applied and the report now only displays data with the selected attributes. The applied filter values appear above the report.Average Interaction Time and Time period filters applied to Discover Pages

You can edit the filter by clicking the filter value above the report or by going back to Filters.
Note: Except Time period, filters applied to a Discover report won't apply to other Discover reports. For example, Interaction filters applied to Discover Pages won't apply to Discover Segments.
