Discover Segments
Discover Segments allows you to drill down the performance of all segments on a property, including segments pulled through with data connectors, such as Adobe Analytics.
Note: For the new overhauled and consolidated Discover Segments, see Discover Segments (New).
Using Discover Segments
On the navigation bar, go to Discover > Segments > Discover.
Note: For details about a metric, hover over the tooltip to the right of the metric name.
Click a metric to view a ranking of segment where the metric is most frequent or prominent.
For example, clicking the metric below Focus time displays a list of segments ranked by highest to lowest average focus time. Each segment is listed with the corresponding total number of Sessions and the average Focus time.
To view a full breakdown of metrics for a page and associated session replays, in the Action column, click the right arrow.
