Medallia for Salesforce 3.1 release notes

Medallia recommends that Customers upgrade to this release of Medallia for Salesforce to take advantage of enhancements and bug resolutions.

Customers with versions prior to 3.1 may log a Support case or contact their Medallia Services partner to obtain an upgrade URL or request a push upgrade.

Resolved issues

  • Fixed bug that prevented certain subsets of invitations from being correctly processed by the queue. These invitations remained in "New" status. This was due to custom processes not adhering to the sharing model. The update ensures all classes and operations comply with best practice CRUD/FLS enforcement.

    Note: This update does not require any additional changes to user permissions or configurations. After adjusting user permissions for successful invitation processing, re-evaluate them to ensure they align with your organization's security best practices.
